Apparently it wasn’t enough for the LEGO franchise to start digging in to the world of pop culture for their toys. Not only have we seen an increase in the number of LEGO video games that have been popping up since the Star Wars versions took off, we’re now hearing that Traveller’s Tales’s producer Rich Earl is going to be working on a spinoff animated show based on LEGO Batman.

The advantage to these games is that there tongue in cheek humor is already highly accepted for a wide range of age groups, making it a perfect choice for parents and children to watch together. But, is there really enough room for ANOTHER Batman tv show, or should they have gone with Indiana Jones?
