The Playstation Store has been a big success for the Playstation 3 and the Playstation Portable. But unfortunately you’ve had to connect your PSP directly to your Playstation 3 or PC to download any of that content.

Well it looks like everyones wised up and realized that the PSP does in fact have its own WiFi capabilities and can actually download this stuff directly to your system. Who would have though?

The PSP store is expected to hit Japan this fall and worldwide not too long afterwards. There is even expected to be voice and text chat capabilities with this update!
