Activision has apparently gone trademark crazy lately. Their most recent addition to their trademark lineup is Dance Hero. While the game name automatically makes one assume that this game will be some form of DDR rip off, there may be hope yet. This news broke not that long after rumor had spread that Activision was in production of the game DJ Hero. While this may or may not be true, it’s interesting to think what other type of rhythm games we’ll see and how many of them will simply be a rip off of another game.
