Namco Bandai has just announced that the latest installment of the hit Soul Calibur series is slated to be released in the United States on July 29^th for the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3. The fourth game in the well-known fighting series will include a number of characters from the previous games including Cassandra, Ivy, Kilik, Lizardman, Mitsurugi, Sophitia, Nightmare, and a number of others.

In addition, the game will also include a number of new SoulCalibur characters that have never been seen before and one of two possible guest characters unique to each console.
