Lara Croft will return in November in her latest tomb raider adventure, which is set to be expanded with two sets of downloadable content which will be exclusive to the Xbox 360. Underworld will see Lara visiting such exotic locations as Mexico, Thailand and the Mediterranean in her search for the Norse artifact, Thor’s Hammer.

The first of the downloadable content will be called Beneath the Ashes, and will hit the marketplace at the end of December. The content will continue Lara’s adventures after the main storyline has ended. The second pack, titled Lara’s Shadow will be released in early 2009 and will expand gameplay even more by introducing a new playable character. We’re dying over here trying to figure out who the new character could be.
