Out of the 31 charges that Florida Attorney Jack Thompson was charged with during a trial to remove him from the Florida State Bar, 27 of them stuck. Only two of them where not video game related, leaving 25 charges against him for his poor conduct in handling video game issues in the legal system.

All of the charges focus on his dishonesty, overexaggeration, and other antics he performed during the Devin Moore case and especially when he claimed Bully was a public nuisance. The loud mouth lawyer has already been discredited within the gamer community for some time, due to his offer of a reward for building a game he requested, and then a refusal to give the reward even when it would be going to a charity.
