Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness: Episode One
Posted by Bryan Barletta, 235 days ago May 22, 2008 20:32

What has been a blip on the radar for quite some time has now actually become a reality. Penny Arcades very own Gabe and Tycho are now staring in an episodic based game that actually looks to be pretty interesting.

Launching on the PC and Xbox 360 for only $20, this cell shaded multiplayer rpg like game has gotten some mixed reviews from it’s Thursday release, but we’ve still got plenty to go as this is only the first in the series.

GameSpot (75/100)

Wired (70/100)

OXM (85/100)

If theres anyone out there making video games that would be responsive and work on fixing game issues in future episodes it would be these two. With all of their down right bashing of games that just don’t cut it, they’re not the type to let this game sit at that score through out the entire series.

If you’ve had a chance to play the game, let us know what you think in our forum!
