Nintendo, in their battle to keep hackers and modders away from interfering with their system, have just closed the loop-hole in their last firmware update. The launch of todays 3.3 menu update has closed off the ability to add modified virtual console games and modified saved files. For those already with these files on your system, you’re golden, so make sure you add everything you want to your system prior to updating.

The other features in this update are slim,but do include the ability to move a Mii from the Mii Plaza directly to the Mii Parade. Yippee!
