The latest updates for the Playstation 3 and the PSP have gone live. Unfortunately, they don’t really add much. Take a look for yourself:

PSP v4.00

• [Internet Search] has been added as a feature under [Network].
• You can now change viewing speed during video playback by pressing the Up and Down buttons. Use this feature if you want to watch a video quickly, or if you want to slow down playback and listen to the dialogue carefully.

Playstation 3 v2.36

• improved system stability when playing select PlayStation format software titles.

The big PS3 updates are expected to hit in v2.40, whenever that finally launches.
